We are seeking dynamic and goal-oriented individuals who are driven to succeed in the civil engineering industry to join the OPTITRANS team.

Our office is ideally located in Downtown Los Angeles between Figueroa and Flower streets on 8th Street.

Requirements:

Previous experience working on public sector administered transportation projects that involved coordination with local cities,regional local agencies or the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).   Knowledge and previous practice of Caltrans manuals, guidelines, and publications would be a tremendous benefit to the company.

Proficiency in the following:

• Microstation
• InRoads
• Civil3D
• Microsoft Office suite

Ability to design and prepare civil roadway, profile/superelevation diagram, grading, and construction detail plans.  

A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.  A Master's Degree is a plus.  E.I.T. or P.E. license.
